The Process.
Step 1 - Onboarding Call.
First things first, we’ll discuss your website needs during a free consultation session and make sure that we can work well together to build your new website from scratch or refresh your current one. Understanding your vision during this call helps me deliver the design service you expect.
Step 2 - Strategy & Scope of Work.
We’ll get things off the ground by deciding on s scope of work and building a strategy for your website, as well as securing a spot on the calendar for feedback sessions and project delivery date.
Step 3 - Building & Designing The Website.
I begin working on the website starting with domain purchase and setup, site structure and navigation, technical setup, and then moving to visual elements design (theme, graphic elements, colour scheme, fonts, images).
Step 4 - Feedback & Updates.
You will be invited to two feedback sessions to comment on the work done so far and there will be space for updates and adjustments along the way before the final design is confirmed and completed.
Step 5 - Project Handover.
Once the design part is over, I hand over your website to you during a wrap-up session that lasts 60 minutes. During this session, I help you launch the site and give you a WordPress tutorial and how to use it and create content on the web, as well as answer any questions you might have.

During the onboarding session, we will get very clear about your website’s design expectations (this is why the on-boarding process is intensive) so we can get on the same page as far as what you envision for your website as well as my capability to create it for you. However, if you’re unhappy with something, please share your thoughts during the feedback sessions. It’s my absolute goal to make sure you have a website you’re in love with and proud to share with the world.
It usually takes up to 80-hours of work. You’re welcome to share the dates you have in mind with me and I’ll make sure to help you launch your website on time.
Your website will be built on WordPress, where you can create and manage the website and create content and optimise it. If you’re unfamiliar with WordPress, you are granted a FREE WordPress tutorial included in the website design service package.
After the onboarding call, I will provide you with a 50% pre-payment link via e-mail. After the website is complete, I will provide you with a final payment link to complete the total amount.
Yes! You are granted 30 days support and consultation after the website design service is delivered.
