Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Welcome to the Affiliate Marketing Formula affiliate program (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read the terms carefully.
Eligibility.
To be eligible for participation in the Program, you must agree to these terms, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid online presence.
Commission Structure.
You, as an affiliate, will receive a commission for Qualified Referrals to the Affiliate Marketing Formula course. The percentage of the commission is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates on commission rates.

Qualified Referrals.
A “Qualified Referral” is a new customer referred by you who makes a legitimate purchase of the Affiliate Marketing Formula course through your unique affiliate link.
Commission Payments.
Commissions are paid based on qualified referrals and are subject to a validation process.
Payments will be made monthly, provided that your earned commissions exceed the minimum threshold of EUR 100. If your commissions do not reach the minimum threshold, they will roll over to the next payment period.
Marketing and Promotion.
You shall bear your own costs and expenses related to marketing and promoting the Affiliate Marketing Formula products.
All marketing activities must be ethical, legal, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Termination.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms, unethical practices, or any other reasons deemed necessary by us.
Changes to the Program.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
Confidentiality.
You agree to keep confidential any information provided to you as part of the Program, including but not limited to commission rates, customer data, and marketing strategies.
Acceptance.
By participating in the Affiliate Marketing Formula affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
